About Me

Welcome! My name is Jessica and I am a career and purpose coach in Nashville, TN. My mission is to guide you back to your true nature and help you create a career that lights you up and feels like an extension of your life’s purpose!

Professional Background

I grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and worked in PR in New York and Chicago, before returning to Nashville to go to law school. After law school, I worked in-house for a healthcare company, before transitioning into trial work as a medical malpractice attorney. My greatest passion and purpose in life has always been helping people and understanding the human condition. I’ve been studying principles of psychology, spirituality, and self-development for as long as I can remember. I completed my first life coach training through The Estuary in Nashville and am a Certified Holistic Life Coach. I completed an additional training through Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Coaching Program (ICF accredited) and am a Certified Wayfinder Coach.

My Personal Story

I have walked the path of awakening and know what it takes to go from a life of pain, insecurity, and powerlessness to a life of authenticity, purpose, and joy. It will take courage, but you will never regret putting your life back into your own hands and living as the fullest expression of yourself.

I spent a lot of years afraid to be myself. At the root of that fear was a deep, old, and subconscious belief that something was really wrong with me. Because I could not love myself from within, I looked for love and acceptance externally. I became a lawyer because I thought it was a respectable and safe career, while allowing me to barely scratch my true calling to help people with their lives. I was desperate to find “The One.” I thought I would finally feel OK, safe, and loved if I could only meet my soulmate. That mindset strained my relationships and resulted in a lot of heartbreak.

Five years into my legal career, I hit rock bottom. At the time, I was deeply in love with the person I thought I was going to marry. When the relationship ended abruptly, I felt a crack inside me that first broke me apart but eventually transformed me. I believe that cracking allowed light into places I had never been willing to look. I decided to take a break from my law career and began the sometimes daunting but ultimately freeing process of healing trauma, limiting beliefs, and old patterns. I started to show up in my life with authenticity and rediscovered what truly brought me happiness. I love what I do now and feel more like myself than I ever have in my life.

Through that process, I learned that we are all capable of waking up, healing, and creating an authentic life that fulfills our heart’s desires. I am overwhelmed with gratitude to walk with you through this spiritual journey into the life and work that was always meant for you.
